• Photographic identification is required for every hire.
• Slushme only hires to persons over the age of eighteen (18).
• Payment to be made anytime prior to the use of the machines, Cheques will only be accepted a minimum of ten (10) days before the hire date.
• Slushme reserves the right to refuse hire at anytime or request a deposit of $100.
• Slushme and its owners, representatives, contractors and staff hold no responsibility or liability for injury or damage caused to persons or property resulting from the misuse of the equpment or the failure to follow the conditions of hire
• Do Not mix any product in the machine that is not supplied by Slushme. Any item found mixed in the machine that is not a product of slushme will result in a $50 service fee billed to the hirer. Any product that is put in the machine that is not a product of Slushme that causes damage to the machine will result in a $100 service fee billed to the hirer, plus the cost of any replacement parts.
• Do Not adjust any settings on the machine, all settings are factory set to suit Slushme mixes only.
• Do Not add more alcohol than is suggested to the mix as the machine will not work.
• Slushme will not be responsible for damaged stock due to not following these guidelines.
• Once the machine is in place Do Not move the machine. Any damage caused to the machine by moving will be billed to the Hirer.
• Slushme machines use electricity and can get hot, suitable supervision over children is the responsibility of the hirer
• Slushme does not provide alcohol for its cocktails.
• Slushme supports safe and responsible drinking.
• Any damage caused that is not due to natural wear and tear is the responsibility of the hirer.
• Broken Martini glasses will incur a $2 per glass breakage fee.
